My Jersey diner favorite lunch: the chicken Caesar wrap, perfected
IMO swapping big slices of grilled chicken for thin deli slices makes for a more texturally appealing wrap.
For 1 wrap
~1/2 heart of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
~2 tablespoons Kens Creamy Caesar salad dressing + more for dipping
Freshly ground black pepper
1, 10-inch flour tortilla (or larger)
3 oz deli slices oven-roasted chicken (~ 3 slices)
In a medium bowl, toss the romaine with the dressing and black pepper.
Lay the tortilla flat and place the chicken in the center. Add romaine lettuce and wrap it like a burrito.
Slice in half and enjoy with more dressing on the side for dipping. (And maybe some french fries and ketchup if you’re really replicating the diner experience.)
