Refried beans, bacon, & avocado breakfast tacos inspired by Austin's Tacodeli
Warm corn tortillas stuffed with refried black beans, bacon, avocado, and cheese is my new favorite breakfast (called "the Otto" at Tacodeli if you get the chance to eat there!)
Corn or flour tortillas, charred
Refried black beans,1 warmed (I used these ones to stay with the Austin theme)
Bacon, cooked until crispy
Avocado, cut into thick slices
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

The refried black beans at Tacodeli are creamy and fluffy and perfect. If you have time to make your own refried beans, I have no doubt that it will take this recipe to another level.
